We believe accessibility services should be straightforward. Our fees are based on the estimated construction cost of your project, allowing you to know the cost before work begins.
Below you’ll find pricing for Project Registration, Plan Review, and Final Inspection services.
PROJECT REGISTRATION
TDLR charges a $175 registration fee for regulated projects. This fee is paid directly to TDLR during the registration process and is separate from our professional services.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FEES
Our fees are based on the estimated construction cost of the project. Construction cost excludes architectural and engineering fees, site acquisition, equipment, and furnishings.
The fee schedule below is based on the estimated construction cost of your project. Both Plan Review and Final Inspection are priced separately.

Does the $175 TDLR fee go to reThink Access?
No. The registration fee is paid directly to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
How is construction cost determined?
Construction cost is defined by TDLR and generally excludes land acquisition, professional design fees, equipment, and furnishings.
When is payment due?
Our invoices are issued after project registration and payment is required before Plan Review and Inspection services begin.
